No Smoking
This is a non-smoking apartment. Please smoke only outside the building and not inside the apartment or near open windows. If this rule is not followed, we charge 280 EUR.

No Pets
Out of consideration for other guests and possible allergies, pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.

Quiet Hours
Please respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Avoid loud noise or loud music during this time. Parties are not allowed, so that the neighbours are not disturbed.

Visitors
The accommodation may only be used by the guests named and registered in the booking.

Respectful Behaviour
Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care and leave everything in the condition in which you found it. Please take off your shoes in the entrance area so that the apartment stays clean and the floor is protected.

Saving Energy and Water
Please make sure to switch off lights, air conditioning/heating and taps when they are not in use, in order to save energy and resources.

Kitchen
Please clean the kitchen and any used dishes before your departure.

Waste Disposal
Please dispose of your rubbish according to the local rules. Please take your rubbish out before departure. Thank you.

Before Leaving the Accommodation
Please close all windows, switch off all lights and turn down the heating. When closing the door from the outside, please press the arrow at the bottom right.
