A compact and carefully designed studio, renovated in 2024 and located just a few minutes' walk from the shores of Lake Constance. The apartment combines a fresh, practical layout with everything needed for a comfortable stay – whether you're here for a weekend by the lake or a longer stretch of work in the city. The new kitchen, private balcony, and air conditioning make the space pleasant to return to at the end of the day. An underground parking space is included, and the washing machine and dryer in the building add convenience for longer visits. The double bed comfortably sleeps two; a pull-out sofa provides a sleeping option for a second guest. The studio is well positioned between the lake, Friedrichshafen's city centre, and the region's key business locations – including the trade fair, ZF, MTU, Airbus Defence and Space, HENSOLDT, and Zeppelin University. A straightforward base with no compromises on comfort.

Check-in & access

Check-in is handled digitally via our online registration process. Please complete your registration before arrival – your access code will be sent to you in good time once the process is finished. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

City tax

As required in Friedrichshafen, a local tourist tax (Kurtaxe) applies for leisure stays. All relevant information will be provided as part of the online check-in process.

Pets

Pets are welcome on request and subject to prior confirmation. Additional charges may apply.

Arriving by car is straightforward – an underground parking space is included with your stay, keeping your vehicle safe and sheltered throughout. Access to the garage is directly at the building.

Those who prefer to leave the car behind are well catered for. The Lake Constance cycle path is within easy walking distance, and bicycle storage is available in the building. By bike, the lake, the city centre, and the surrounding towns are all comfortably within reach.

Public transport connections are good. Nearby bus stops link the apartment to the city, the main station, and the trade fair grounds. From Friedrichshafen station, direct rail connections run along the lakeshore as well as towards Ulm and Stuttgart.

For guests travelling on business: the Messe Friedrichshafen and the sites of ZF, MTU, Airbus Defence and Space, HENSOLDT, and Zeppelin University are all reachable by car or bicycle within a short time.

Friedrichshafen sits at the edge of Lake Constance – and from the apartment, the water is only a few minutes' walk away. The lake path, the harbour promenade, and the first stretches of shoreline are easily reached on foot, making it simple to start or end the day at the water's edge.

The surrounding area is quiet and residential, yet well connected to everything the city has to offer. Shops, cafés, and restaurants are within easy reach, as is the city centre with its museums, the Zeppelin Museum, and the lakeside gardens. Public transport links are good, and the area is well suited to exploring by bicycle.

For those here on business, the location is equally convenient. The Messe Friedrichshafen trade fair grounds are just a short drive away, and major employers including ZF, MTU, Airbus Defence and Space, HENSOLDT, and Zeppelin University are all close by.
